Jang Appraisals is proud to provide residential appraisal and consulting services to major lending institutions, mortgage brokers, lawyers, tax experts, relocation companies and private individuals in the area that includes South Surrey, White Rock, Langley, Abbotsford, Mission, Chilliwack, Agassiz, and Hope. We also service many rural communities within the Fraser Valley Regional District.
Our appraisals are completed by designated members of the Canadian National Association of Real Estate Appraisers (CNAREA). CNAREA members must abide by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice as promulgated by the Appraisal Standards Board of the Appraisal Foundation.

Sean Jang, DAR
Sean is a lifelong resident of British Columbia, born and raised in Vancouver. As a bilingual Canadian, he has over 8 years of experience developing impartial value opinions for national lending institutions, lawyers, accountants, executors, and investors.
With an excellent understanding of local land use regulations and USPAP standards, Sean guides clients through the appraisal process. He explains each step clearly to ensure a smooth, efficient experience.
