Pre-Listing & Private Sale Valuations
Empowering sellers and buyers with objective data to make informed transaction decisions.
Before listing a property on the open market or entering into a private sale agreement, it is critical to understand its true market value. An independent appraisal provides a realistic, unbiased baseline, protecting you from the financial risks of overpricing (leading to market stagnation) or underpricing (leaving equity on the table).
Unlike automated online estimates or quick comparative market analyses, our appraisals delve deeply into localized market trends, specific property features, and recent comparable sales, giving you the confidence to negotiate from a position of strength.

Inspection Preparation
To ensure an efficient visit, please ensure the appraiser has clear access to all interior rooms, including basements, attics, and crawlspaces if applicable. The exterior perimeter must also be accessible.
Please secure any pets prior to the appraiser's arrival. The inspection generally takes 30-60 minutes depending on the property size.
